Refund Policy

1. How purchases work

All Saido subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card details.

2. 7-day free trial

Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Apple sends a reminder notification before your first charge.

3. How to request a refund

1. Open reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Choose the Saido purchase.
4. Select “Request a refund” and pick a reason.

Apple decides on refund requests, typically within 48 hours.

4. EU/UK consumers

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to App Store purchases per Apple’s terms.

5. What we can do

We can’t issue refunds ourselves, but email [email protected] with your Apple order ID and we’ll help resolve access or billing issues within 2 business days.

6. Cancelling

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Saido → Cancel. Access continues until the current period ends.
